Which character do you act/look like?

I've been in the wiki, and the character that i resemble the most is Nitori:
Most of the people say i'm shy, and to be honest, i really don't know how to act in front of people... :blush:

I cannot seem to compare my self to any character in touhou I act most/look like. None of them are me. Because my personality is spread over more than one character. I thought the idea was to say who you act/look like most and not like "I am jealous so I am parsee, oh yea I am also elegant, so I am Sakuya"

Mh...That's right. But well, maybe you are %50 jealous and %50 elegant xD It's hard for some people to see who they are most like because it's not easy to decide which one is your best quality (or the adjective that describes you the most) and then to see which touhou has that quality too.
Anyway, it's normal not being sure of this. If it's necessary, ask the others what they think about you (It's faster and easier ??)

I'd say I know myself pretty well, and the fraction of Touhou characters I know I'd think I know pretty well, including both fanon and canon appearances. So why has it never occurred to me to figure out which one I'm the most like? I've tried to figure out which one I'd get along with but I'm not really sure which one I'd be most like. Let's see...

Definitely possible, but it could be hard if you wanted it to have any... ehhh... let's say 'real merits' because I can't think of a better way to put it. Y'know, weed out most/all-if-possible 'leading' answers that basically flat-out say, "Hey, I'm (Reimu, Yuuka, etc.)!".

Sounds like it could be a pretty damn interesting project, though.

It would probably be best executed with one of those systems with a few answers that point you to a lot of possibilities. Like that one DnD test that gives you a level, class, and alignment.

Mary and I are actually putting our heads together over something like that. She found a pretty good quiz template page, and I'm already doing some reverse engineering of - at the moment - 20 separate Touhou characters, who will be distilled down to personality traits. These traits will then be expressed in reactions to a variety of hypothetical situations. So we'll see!

I always theorized (being off topic for a while) that Mei Ling is a martial artist when she was human and got too into martial arts (as per Journey to The West style stories) and became a youkai by dwelling to deeply into 'forbidden martial arts and polluting the mind and eventually the soul' so I guess, who knows?

 having said that, I think I carry a lot of 'servitude' behavior in my person, but to say I am Sakuya is definitely not correct as I do not have the attentive loyalty to stick with one lord.
Perhaps that being said, someone may propose a person of Gensokyo to match my nature.

Momiji fits that, I believe. She was the loyal guardian in Mountain of Faith, but then in Double Spoiler, she's all of the sudden "looking down on" crow tengu.

I'd like to say satori...But I'm not really hated (lonely though) or good with animals, got a little sister though.
As indiferent I am to the character I think I have to say Alice, keeps to myself and I'm good at what I do (if I do it) wait scratch that I'm sorta like Komachi, I don't really fell like doing my work but it may come out really good if I actually try, I guess it's a mix of 'em.

I'd say my personality is like a blend of Marisa, Suwako, and Suika. I think that covers all my bases. :V

Though if I had to pick one person... I think it'd probably be Koishi. It's complicated to describe why exactly. I guess for how many friends I have and how easy it is to get along with people, I feel like to a certain extent my heart is closed off to others. I look at the people in my life that have come and gone, drifting in and out of my life, and it makes me feel like it's because I've been wandering through life with my third eye partially shut. Never making more than shallow connections with people.

After much some consideration, introspection, and wiki skimming I have come to an actual conclusion.

Firstoff, as far as how I act online goes, no one character applies. I'm too inconsistent and silly due to a general lack of applied thought. Not bothering with that. Anyways, I relate the most to Satori? Reasons for Satori: Introverted, cats galore, empathetic and hates it (so much that I deny it), a heart so wide open that actual relationships with others only end in pain. Etc.

Then again I just woke up and can't really think of a character indifferent to everything+other traits at the moment, so it's a best guess/it's a longshot/it's probably bullshit. Alice? Maybe?
