I'm irritated because making statues of Marisa and Sanae is a really obvious slight at Reimu, and while Sakuya finds Sanae to be amusing and a decent enough person, Reimu is a dear friend, one with whom Sakuya is closer than just about everyone else outside the SDM.

If it was just a statue of Sanae without one of Marisa, then that would be fine, Kanako's gonna do what she's gonna do. But there's literally zero reason to officially honor Marisa and not Reimu unless you're bitter that she was always the better hero of the two shrine maidens.

Edit: So that Hero Square has statues of many exemplary heroes around the world, and they put Sanae (For bias and some other good reasons) and Marisa, but no Reimu ? And nobody complained ? Like what ? Why ?

This makes me upset, it's just not fair even for a quest, i thought Reimu had finally gotten a break...

If you can't see why a deity with a different shrine maiden honoring Marisa and not Reimu is a slight at Reimu then I don't know what else to tell you.

EDIT: But still, we're grinning and bearing it. We are not to make any sort of big deal out of it, at least not right now. Doing so won't possibly do any good, and it will very likely do us bad socially.
