Charismatic content overview for fast navigation:
A mandatory contest for all IPs and IMs. Goal of the contest was to endure three tasks to prove loyalty to the Scarlet Devil Mansion. Below a summary can be found and direct links to the posts for the missions and their results.

Attention all Idiot Princesses and Idiot Maidens.
Hereby, you are all workers of the Scarlet Devil Mansion. This is your fate!

Izayoi Sakuya, chief maid of the mansion, has been ordered by the Mistress to do something about the weakening reputation of the Scarlet Devil Mansion. However, Sakuya is too busy with her daily work. Therefore she assigned me; the loyal admirer of the SDM household and eternal supporter of the Scarlet Devil, The Queen of the Night, The Embodiment of Charisma, The Mistress, Remilia Scarlet, to take care of business.

"Certainly, it is an honour and pleasure to do such thing for the Mistress." I said and bowed in front of the Mistress and her head maid.

Punishments and rewards
This contest has no safety. The current Idiot Maidens have to proof they still have the loyalty for the Mansion, otherwise they will lose their status. The best IP servant will be rewarded with a Idiot Maiden title. The runner ups 2nd, 3rd and 4th will keep will keep IP. All the others will lose their IP status, but are allowed to stay in the mansion. Refusing the challenge is impossible, as you will be exiled, stripped and killed immediately. Scarlet Devil Mansion has no room for weaklings.

During all missions, if you post on CPMC: (I am excluding IRC chat/rest of forum to prevent over-kill pressure)

In any post you make, if you refer to Remilia, you will call her ?Lady Scarlet?, ?My Lady? or ?Mistress?.
In any post you make, if you refer to Sakuya, You will call her ?Head Maid? or ?Miss Izayoi?.
You cannot have a Remilia avatar or Sakuya avatar.
You will respect any EoSD characters. (i.e: China, Pad jokes, making fun of Cirno/Patchouli/Koakuma etc. is forbidden).

I hope all is clear? Good. Let us begin. I noticed that my mistress is not being exposed enough to the real world. So we will immediately out with our first mission.

Mission 1 ?The Charisma Pose.?

Description:
Using this pose, the Mistress has released the scarlet mist from the tip of her fingers. The pose reminds all the citizens of Gensoukyo of that one terrifying incident, which lead this pose to become a trademark and symbol of her charisma. The special hand pose marks her elegance and charisma, and thus it should be promoted more.

Objectives:
Reproduce Remilia's hand pose in your own creative way. Drawing, photography or other "visual" productions are allowed. Creativity and genius ideas can achieve bonus points. The charismatic pose has to be visible with all its glory!

All right, it seems I got a bit carried away with the objectives. My apologies for that first as it might be bit too much asked. Therefore, you have to make a picture of yourself, doing the pose.

Originality and genius twists to it might cause bonus points. Use your creativity.

Considering the little real life relations I have, this challange would require me to act totally out-of-character (if you can say that about your real life person) and to either a) introduce several females to touhou or b) come on to them as creepy.

Not to mention that the only camera I have at hand here is the one that is built into my laptop, which makes taking pictures of mere acquaintances doubly difficult and awkward.

Picture doesn't have to be a photograph by the way. So you can get creative on your interpretation of "picture"
