Meiling is a dragon...? I've never believed this myself...But, have you ever wondered how she can take so much pain and she is still OK? Have you ever wondered why she sleeps so much?
The dragon god needed to be in Gensokyo without being noticed. So, he created the body of a girl, and ...(dun, dun, DUN!)...Meiling was born. But the dragon god had a problem first found in me and Yukari: when he is awake, Meiling is asleep, when he is asleep, Meiling is awake. Meiling can't be destroyed because the dragon god prevents it. So, Sakuya should be happy, she can knife her without thinking about the consequences

(She never does it, though)
