I dunno, I'd go with linoone for Nazrin, mostly because of its pickup ability.  As for some of the others:

Marisa: Starmie (star motif, fast, can danmaku with Swift), Mismagius (witch-like appearance)
Patchouli: Alakazam (very powerful abilities but weak physically)
Letty: Froslass (both based on the Yuki-onna myth)
Yukari: Slaking (much like her, lazy but can do a lot when it thinks to)
Wriggle: Volbeat/Illumise (both fireflies)
Mystia: Chatot (singing bird)
Reisen: Lopunny (both useless bunnies only good for their sex appeal)
Medicine: Banette (both abandoned dolls)
Hina: Absol (associated with misfortune), Hitmontop (spins)
Nitori: Ludicolo (kappa, can hide with Dive)
Aya: Shiftry (tengu)
Satori: Meowth, Murkrow (cat and crow), Gardevoir (can read other's emotions), Smeargle (can copy other's moves)
Murasa: Machoke, Poliwhirl (the generic team for Sailors)
